When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by the front desk. A technician will then call you into an examination room and ask you about your pets’ medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
One of our veterinarians will examine your pet, ask you further questions and then may recommend diagnostic tests if needed. Test results will be discussed with you by the Dr. and a possible diagnosis and treatment plan will be created.
Please don’t hesitate to ask questions. Our veterinary team wants to make sure you’re completely comfortable with the information we’re providing. Our technicians will meet and provide you with any pet care information and answer any other care questions you may have. Our front desk staff will process your payment and schedule any needed follow up.
Please note: Our goal is to see all our clients and patients on time, unless we get an unexpected emergency, which can then create some delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.
