Covid-19 Update

To our Creek’s Edge family,

Fortunately, we have been able to continue to do our part to take care of your pets during this unprecedented time. We will continue to utilize curbside service at a reduced schedule of 9-4 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

We plan to continue to offer a safe and healthy environment for you, your pets and our staff, so to do this we are implementing some changes to our pet visits:
  • It is essential that anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, has tested positive for COVID-19, if you have traveled outside of the US, please refrain from coming to the office. With that being said, if you have a sick pet at home, we will do our best to assess your pet via a phone call or by a telemedicine appointment.
  • For the safety of our staff and our clients, and to adhere to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for social distancing, we ask that when you bring your pet in for a visit, to please download our new app CheckN prior to your appointment or if you are unable to download the app, call the office when you arrive. The CheckN app will allow for a smoother check in process. If you call the office, the receptionist will take a phone number and credit card number and put you through to a nurse who will get a history on your pet and any other concerns you may have.
  • For a dog visit, we ask that you have your pet outside of the vehicle on a leash and ask that you are wearing a mask. For a cat visit, we ask that you wear a mask and put your pet carrier on the front porch. They will then escort him/her to the treatment area while you remain in your car.
  • After the assessment, the doctor will call you to discuss the exam findings, treatment options or next steps, discharge instructions and any medications necessary. When your pet is ready to be discharged, the tech will finalize payment and bring your pet back out to you, along with your receipt and any medications in a bag.

Please be patient with us, our phone lines are very busy. We hope the acquisition of the CheckN app with help ease the burden on the phone lines.
