To our Creek’s Edge family,
After two years of working curbside, we are offering our clients the option to be with their pet during the examination or continue with our curbside service. Everyone has done a wonderful job adapting to the tremendous changes brought about by the pandemic.

We plan to continue to offer a safe and healthy environment for you, your pets and our staff, so to do this we are implementing some changes to our pet visits:
- It is essential that anyone displaying symptoms of COVID-19, has tested positive for COVID-19, please refrain from coming to the office. With that being said, if you have a sick pet at home, we will do our best to assess your pet via a phone call or by a telemedicine appointment.
- Before you arrive, please download our new app CheckN prior to your appointment or if you are unable to download the app, call the office when you arrive. The CheckN app will allow for a smoother check in process.
- After the assessment, we will ask you to proceed to the front desk to check out and the technician will go over any medications.
Please be patient with us, our phone lines are very busy. We hope the acquisition of the CheckN app with help ease the burden on the phone lines.
